Arranging a Private Training Session

Private trainings are a cost effective option for training staff. At NorthStar Therapeutics we are experienced in helping assist groups in arranging trainings in Elastic Therapeutic Taping.

For a set fee you can hire the speaker (and lab assistants, if needed) along with paying their incidental expenses. To defray your training costs, you may market the training to other practitioners in your area and keep the training fees to help pay for your course. These courses lend themselves to facilities in smaller communities. We can arrange a training in a relatively short period of time (3-6 months).

Presently the following training seminars are available: 

♦ Upper Extremity Elastic Therapeutic Taping           

♦  Whole Body Elastic Therapeutic Taping  (Both 1 or 2 day versions available)

♦  Pediatric Elastic Therapeutic Taping                       

♦  Therapeutic Taping for Hand Therapy

 

 Understanding the concepts, physiology and taping principles is essential to effective taping and best learned in a class room setting.
A thorough evaluation of the patient's condition is essential so that the cause of the dysfunction is treated, not the symptoms.

In the lab setting instructors can correct mistakes and assist in locating anatomical landmarks for effective results. Practitioners can gain confidence and skill handling of tape in the workshop setting.
